Orders
By placing your order you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
Please check your order once you receive it and contact us within 2 Business Days if you have any concerns.
Pricing
Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Panels and single items are priced per item. Continuous fabric is sold by the Metre.
Payment Methods
Our website accepts Square Payment methods. We are also happy to accept direct deposit. Just contact us with your order and we can provide account details.
Fabrics by the Metre & Panels
Continuous fabrics - to purchase 1 metre please enter 1 in the box. For 3 metres enter 3 in the box. For partial metreage, for example 1.2 metres or 3.4 metres, just give us a call 07 41294785 – unfortunately our system does not accommodate part metres but we are only a phone call or email away to organise different quantities for you. Fabric Panel measurements in item descriptions are approximate. Panels are Pre-cut. They are not left continuous unless stated in the description
Collecting your order in store
Every effort is made to accurately describe the items for sale online. Please note fabric colours may appear differently based on different viewing devices.
Postage
Orders will be posted via Australia Post. We aim to post your order within 48hours. We attempt to keep our website as up to date as possible, however if there are any problems with item availability we will be in touch with you as soon as soon as possible. We offer Australia wide postage. International postage is not available. Please contact us if you are in a hurry and would like to arrange Express postage.
Delivery timeframes

Items Not Received
Please allow for Australia Post delivery times. If your item has not been received in those timeframes, please contact us as all parcels are tracked and we can investigate further for you.
Damaged Items
The risk of damage of loss passes onto Australia Post once they take receipt of your parcel. If you would like to pay for insurance of your parcel please contact us prior to placing your order online and we will be happy to arrange insurance on your item.
Faulty Products
We will arrange a refund or replacement for faulty products. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as we are not able to offer returns for change of mind on cut fabrics.

Our website will offer for you to Create an Account. This will allow you to access order updates and your order history. You are able to place orders without creating an account – it’s your choice. If you would like to create an account Select ‘Sign In or Sign Up’ and follow the prompts.
